I don't normally write reviews but we feel so lucky to have been referred to Every Mortgage Solution Ltd. Emma provided us with a great service from start to finish. I have already recommended them to friends and definitely will be using their services again in the future. Completion of our home improvement work depended on releasing funds from our existing mortgage. To put it bluntly, our previous mortgage advisors did not deliver and wasted 3 months of our time in the process. The entire experience was very stressful and the outcome was extremely disappointing. I am so grateful that we were passed Emma’s details by a colleague at work. Having been through the mortgage application process many times over the past 15 years it was so refreshing to feel confident about the advice we being given. We needed action quickly and that is exactly what was provided. As well as excellent feedback and prompt responses to solicitors’ queries, Emma is always willing to go the extra mile and was lovely to deal with. I didn’t ever feel like my queries by phone or e-mail (however big or small) were being dodged or dismissed and the mortgage offer we received from HSBC was very competitive. From start to finish it took 4 weeks for a formal mortgage offer and a further 4 weeks for our solicitors to complete on the transaction.
